Hayat-e-Nau — Structured Data (JSON-LD) Specification & Audit Fixes

This document details the Schema.org JSON-LD implementation across all page types on the Hayat-e-Nau platform.

Audit Finding & Remediation

• Identified Issue: The preliminary prototype incorrectly outputted the @type: "Periodical" schema globally across all non-article routes (including individual issue pages, author profiles, categories, and informational pages).
• Remediation: Structured data generation has been strictly contextualized by pageType. Root Periodical schema is reserved exclusively for the publication homepage. Sub-pages implement specialized schemas (PublicationIssue, ScholarlyArticle, ProfilePage, CollectionPage, SearchResultsPage, AboutPage, and WebPage).
