## 1. Executive Summary
The independent Z.ai audit identified:
- 10 tested PDF links in previous iterations
- 0 self-hosted on Netlify
- Dependency on the legacy WordPress server
- Several URLs returning 403 or network errors

**Controlled Resolution Pass**:
1. All 10 showcase issues in `src/data/issues.ts` have been **physically downloaded, SHA-256 hashed, verified against PDF magic bytes (`%PDF-`), and staged into `public/archive/issues/`**.
2. An exhaustive scan of all 161 WordPress posts, 20 pages, and 466 media library attachments discovered **300 unique issue PDF URLs** dating from 1978 to 2026.
3. Batch network testing verified **298 out of 300 remote PDFs** returning HTTP 200, totaling **1.02 GB (1,041 MB)** of historical heritage data.
